Digital Products — EU Right of Withdrawal

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, without giving any reason, provided you have not yet accessed or downloaded the digital content.

By proceeding with the download or accessing the digital file, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the content has been delivered and accessed.

To request a withdrawal before accessing your file:

• Log in to your customer account at https://shopify.com/79862333611/account and submit a return or cancellation request, or
• If you checked out with a phone number only, use the return link in your SMS order confirmation

Refunds for eligible withdrawal requests will be processed within 14 days of approval.

All other customers

All sales are final once the download link has been accessed or delivered. Refund requests may only be considered within 10 minutes of purchase for duplicate payments or technical failures preventing download. Contact info@bezaiservices.com with your order number.
